Weba is looking for a successful candidate that will be responsible for ensuring all projects are planned, managed, controlled, and delivered within the allowed time frame and budget. This includes projects delivered on time, on schedule and in scope, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Fixed Education & Qualification Requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Matric or equivalent N3 etc.
- Four to six years of experience in the mining sector
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Characteristics
- 10 Years working experience.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office & MS Projects.
- Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans.
- Must have good people skills to communicate and work well in a team.
- Able to work under pressure and deadline driven.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to dealing with top management representatives.
- Time management skills.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Knowledge of project management best practices.
Beneficial
- Previous Application Support experience.
- Previous Project Management in a mining environment
- Knowledge and understanding of technical drawings.
- Knowledge of mining operations

- Project Initiation
- Project Planning and Control
- Project Baseline and Schedule management
- Project status and reporting
- Risks, Actions, Issues and Decision Management
- Project Administration
- Pro-active liaison with client and internal representatives
- Project Improvement management (Lessons Learnt)
- Production Support planning and control
- Communicate with team and stakeholders throughout the project.
Special Considerations
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must be able to plan department’s movements so as to suit the needs of the clients.
- Must be able to maintain productivity and discipline levels in his/her department.
- Management skills.

An opportunity exists in the Projects Department for a Technical Advisor for the Africa region. Position key tasks and duties include Sales, Projects, Inspections, After-Sales, Servicing of existing Clients and Acquisition of New Clients.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Sales experience in the mining industry is a prerequisite.
- Dry plant experience of minimum 5-10 years. Preferably, chutes and other bulk handling equipment such as conveyors, etc.
- Relationships on the mines in the areas mentioned above essential.
- Minimum Grade 12 or N3. A relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or Mining activities would be advantageous.
- Computer Literate.
- Multi-lingual and have good communication skills.
- Must have a valid passport and driver’s licence.
- Must be of good health to comply with client and company requirements.
- Self-discipline, motivated, outgoing.
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Special Considerations

- Must be able to plan trips, and movements to suit the needs of the clients.
- Must be able to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Must be able to prepare Management Reports.
